There are Storage lockers at Central Station.
Maybe there are some at the Airport

Hey there,
I work at Sydney airport and on the ground level of there airport, down towards the train station there is a luggage storage place called smartcarte so you can store it there. Hope that helps....

There is a left luggage thing at the International Terminal. Nothing at the domestic terminals.

It's easy just leave ur baggage at the left luggage for few bucks in the airport.:)))))))
