My friend went to a second interview for a job the other day. It was him and three interviewers. They firing questions at him from all directions at a rapid rate. 2 of them asked "normal" questions, 1 of them only asked questions like:

"your boss invites you to a morning tea meeting with 10 other people and asks you to bring a plate of refreshments, what do you bring?"
"do you think cat people should ever own a dog?"
"what do you think about at red lights?"

All sorts of weird, unrelated questions. The job interview was for an accounting job. He got it!

An interviewer once asked me to "teach him something". Talk about brain strain to get that answer out but I got the job so all is well that ends well.
