You could start by typing out sentences by using complete English.
"wit", "Pls", "ur", and "u" are not words. If you want to persuade people, lose the internet slang and actually type a sentence. It will get you several steps closer to your goal.

Here is my specialty... over the years I have learned several great techniques for overcoming disagreement.
First, listen attentively and acknowledge good points of your opponents opinion. Make them feel about their decision as though they are on the right path.
Secondly, state that everyone has a right to their opinion, and that
no real solution exists because we are indivuals.
Next, ask them a question... a question that sets them in a circumstance that favors your agenda.
Finally, drive home your stance in a logical respectable manner that keeps their attention while possibly changing their mind.

It differs from victim to victim. You need to realize you have a goal to get something out of this person, weather it be a favor, a material object or an agreement. Once your goal is defined, define theirs, then analyze who they are and how they operate. Are they religious? You won't be impressing them with a trip to the TlTTY bar. Are they environmental? Mention how your neighbor doesn't recycle and how it bugs you. Get into their head and be them for awhile. once you do that, you will realize there is very little persuasion that needs to be done.
Have I persuaded you?
