If Donald Trump lost it all, it wouldn't be long before he was right back where he is now. Lets face it the man knows how to make money. In fact, he HAS actually lost it all before and he is bigger ten he ever was. Once you are programmed to make money, it doesn't matter where you are financially, you will always find a way to get it back. He may be arrogant and his show crap but he has programmed himself for success and believe me, that will continue till the day he dies. He is willing to do what he has to do to make money.
(from Wikipedia.org) ...By 1990, the effects of recession left Trump unable to meet loan payments. Trump financed the construction of his third casino, the $1 billion Taj Mahal, primarily with high-interest junk bonds. That put him at a disadvantage with competitors who used more of their own money to finance their projects, industry experts have said. Things were so bleak for Trump at this time that in the August 21, 1990 edition of the Jersey Record, columnist Mike Kelly wrote "If we still had debtors' prisons, Trump would be in the dungeon." Kelly added that "Donald Trump is a Third World Nation." [citation needed] Although he shored up his businesses with additional loans and postponed interest payments, by 1991 increasing debt brought Trump to business bankruptcy [2] and the brink of personal bankruptcy[3]. Banks and bond holders had lost hundreds of millions of dollars, but opted to restructure his debt to avoid the risk of losing more money in court. The Taj Mahal re-emerged from bankruptcy on Oct 5, 1991, with Trump ceding 50% ownership in the casino to the original bondholders in exchange for lowered interest rates on the debt and more time to pay it off...
As I said, losing it all wouldn't affect Donald Trump in the way you think.

Elected or not Trump has set the bar high for whoever gets the White House. Those politicians who are running just continue saying the same ting they have always done, said and then forgotten after getting into office. I think people following the campaigns should be asking those candidates who have or are now serving, or previously served, in elected positions in Washington or as state governors what they have done to fix the immigration mess. Not just talked about it but introduced and pushed bills, tried to force ALL local, state and federal agencies to comply with the federal immigrations laws (the ones Obama refuses to comply with).
Trump has forced all the candidates to take a stand on immigration. All have stated their positions - BUT - why should we trust those in office to fix the mess in the future if they are still in office or in the White House? They were in positions before, or now, to do something POSITIVE about the immigration mess and the most ANY of them did was talk, and not much of that, about getting the immigration mess fixed. I would not accept ANY promises from any of those who have been in state or federal office or are in those offices now. Neither house, neither party has done anything to clear up our really tedious problems; they seem to fear taking on the hard issues and even most of the petty issues are ignored - a do nothing congress and a president who thinks talking gets things done has left this country in a mess!
Whoever is elected we have to hope they WILL clean up the mess Obama has allowed to grow in this country as he has turned his back on American workers while encouraging the illegals to come here ad work here!

Trump's ego isn't nearly as large as Rosie's insecurity complex or stomach. She's an intellectual midget and should be fired from "The View". She has made that show, which was already a joke, an ever bigger joke with her uninformed and dopey comments.
I agree with Trump that Rosie is a disgrace and an ugly person, both inside and out. Rosie and her equally hideous girlfriend are the best arguments against same sex marriage.

That isn't going to happen.
This may or may not be off-topic a bit: Trump and that windbag on "The View" are acting like a bunch of 10-year-olds. I actually thought that Trump had more class than to respond to that mental midget. The way Rosie made fun of Donald's hair was extremely childish and reaffirmed to me that my 3-year-old is intellectually superior to her.

I hate him for hypnotizing millions of Americans with craptastic television, causing them to natter on inanely about effluvia that has no bearing on anything, anywhere, anytime. Everyone involved in that rotten tripe they call a television show at any level should be ashamed. Especially the bovine spectators, Shame on you for supporting such useless mind wasting crap. Read a book!

Yes, he has a healthy ego. BUT, unlike Barack Obama who has an ego at LEAST as big as Donald, Obama has NOTHING to back up his boasts - Donald does!!!

I was kind of hoping that two colossal egos coming in such close proximity would cause some sort of chain reaction and nullify the effects of both of them,
