Bargaining is a big knowledge to a noob like me. Pls give some opinion.

If I am interested in a product or a service, and the product or service is overpriced, I will walk away.
I have learned how to do many things like carpentry for example, simply because I was unwilling to pay unreasonable prices for things I wanted.

I don't think anyone really enjoys this in the business sense or personal sense. I think when the situation negates you to bargin on something, or you must bargin to get something you need then using common sense is best. I prefer as a consumer to just walk in and pay for something at the price marked. It is less stress, I know how much I am going to spend before I actually engage myself to that item and I can anticiapte what I will need to have to get that item. When people try to bargin on a bill that they owe the company for but they feel that there loyalty should offer them a discount all the time, that is not a bargin for the business. It should have to be a bargin in some aspect for both seller and buyer. Keeps things on a more sane level.

YES, no one is here for just providing service without profit, so many a times shopper adds more than 100% of profit margin in the item, so bargaining is the best way to buy your favorite things according to ur budget.

In countries like India and Thailand its common practice to bargain.
You offer half the price and chances are they will accept it.

In my job haggling is very closely linked with blagging LOL
