I am an indian in dubai I want to relocate to USA get good job and live there permanently what do i need to travel to USA?

This is between you and the American Embassy in the UAE.
Its not easy to live in the US as any American when you are not American.
& If you want to apply for a visit visa, you have to prove to the Embassy that you have a strong job contract in UAE.
The embassy have to make sure that you have a reason to visit and come back to your job in the UAE.
Or
If you want to relocate your business in the US or Canada, they call it Investment Migration and I don't know if this rule still exist in the US immigration law.

You must check with the Embassy, each case is different when applying for a visa to USA.

you're in a super mess. they might relatively locate you..I doubt you will get a u . s . visa. attempt to make your self clean, than in basic terms word for u . s . visa. or you wont get it every time in destiny..
