Storyline, Undertaker burned down their funeral home,killing both his and Kane's parents. As a result Kane was burned on the face. In another match Undertaker vs Kane in an Inferno match Kane burned his arm.

It was a house fire... I'm not sure much more.. I've been a fan of Wrestling since I was really born! But, Kane & the Undertaker are REALLY brothers there is a documentary out there somewhere of it b/c my friend has it. Also, he is not really burnt. As, you can see now, it is just make-up. But, anyways, I hope this helps. Rent old wrestling matches or look on Ebay for them. You will learn the story line!!!!!

undertaker and kane are brothers is just part of the story line. his face getting burned is a storyline too.go to the website below and it will say kane and under taker are not brothers.

I heard that Kane caught his house on fire when he was little. It killed his parents...he also thought he killed his brother the undertaker.. so he ran away and came to the WWE..he had severely burned his face, so he was wearing a mask to hide the burns on his face.That's probably why he likes fire!!

the mask is still around - remember imposter Kane and the storyline that didnt go anywhere? I dont think Kane is that ugly really, its just the hair and lack of eyebrows, if he had hair he would be fine

What you see on TV is just make up he hasn't really got a burnt face it's just a storyline.But the storyline is he was supposed to be trapped in his house while it was on fire which the Undertaker set alight.
