Smell is certainly a powerful thing. There is so much involved in one teeny sniff. For some people, the absence of scent is a trigger. My boyfriend is a mechanic and the smell of oil is so sexy. My dad drinks Coors and smokes. On anyone else, this reeks but for me, the smell means happy.

This is an indirect answer, but there is a diffuser with dog pheromones which is used to sooth dogs. The difference with people is that
we are more complex and for some people "everything" has to be right, so just getting them turned on a little may lead to disappointment if you're expecting the cologne to do the work.

don't waste your money....i bought realm...it swear it smells like horse pee...and mixing your scent with a another scent....makes no sense. you'll end up attracting animals.....i wore it and in two days i had three dogs come up and sniff me....with five other people around...they only checked me out....yeah....save your money...i am still embarrassed til this day....everyone was around each time this happened...same people...different dogs.....it sucks...

yes!!! hormones are definately triggered off by scents.
