Hey i've been reading so much about proactiv solution an have thought about getting it but im just not sure if it really works or is another one of those products you spend unnecessary money on .If you've tried it maybe you could give me some advice ??

It worked for me for my acne problems for almost 3 years until my skin became "immune" to the product. It's not perfect for everyone (I know 2 people it has not worked for), but then again, I know a LOT of other people have used it with great success. For the last 7 years, I've been using a product called Murad that's even better, but it's much more expensive.
If you are looking for an almost guaranteed EFFECTIVE, affordable solution to your skin problems, I would definitely recommend Proactiv.
One other thing I would recommend (that is somewhat on your topic here) is mineral powder foundation (such as Bare Escentuals). It has helped with my acne problem even more than simply changing my skin care system, and I haven't met anyone who has used this type of makeup that isn't absolutely in love with it.

Well... It worked for me while at the same time leaving my skin red and irritated. I do know other people who have used it and it worked great for them. It really just depends on your skin type. Since you said your mom already ordered it for you, you can test it out when you get it. If it irritates your skin like it did mine, use it once a day instead of twice a day. That helped me a lot! Proactiv really worked for me i love it, but if you decide to get it makesure you get the refining mask/sulfur treatment stuff because that works the best

YES!!! I have it. Even when you use it for the 1st time, your skin feels soooo soft, the results show. It works very fast. The solution also smells very good unlike other ones that smell like slime.

My neighbor had really bad adult acne(she's in her 30's) and it totally worked for her. She doesn't even look like the same woman anymore.

My roommate uses it and it hasn't helped her, but she has normal and not problomatic skin and she still gets blemishes.
