I am extremely picky when it comes to buffets. Let me start by saying I'll only go to a Chinese buffet that has a lot of Chinese people eating there.
That being said, my favorite Chinese dish is honey walnut shrimp.
Second is the Chicken, Sweet corn egg drop soup.
