Basically two massive egos crashed into each other. He didn't like the fact that her version of "The Apprentice" didn't do that great. She said that people got confused by having both shows on and he said that her show was just bad. He also complained when her daughter promoted her radio show on the air. Lets get real about the last part, who is he to complain about self promotion when EVER TIME you see him he is talking about how great he is and the great thinks that he has done.

The Apprentice: Martha Stewart premiered in September 2005, produced by Mark Burnett. it received poor ratings, which some attribute to popular dislike for the opportunistic tone of the network's massive promotional campaign and to NBC's slotting the show up against the hit drama Lost. The Apprentice: Martha Stewart was not renewed for a second season.
