unfortunately, there's not a lot you can do for the lips. you could attempt sucking on an ice cube, but that may just make it worse. next time, if you have a hot pepper and don't know what to do with it, send it to me. i'll eat it for you.

DO NOT DRINK WATER, IT WILL MAKE IT WORSE!!! Try a little cold milk on them or if you have some aloe vera gel in your fridge or any at all, put some of that on them. An ice cube on the lips is okay, just don't drink any water!!

take a mouth full of milk, with the milk in your mouth suck your top lip then the bottom lip into your mouth. the milk will cool them down.

Sugar, plain white sugar. put some on a plate and put your lips into it.
if your mouth is burning...put a spoonful in your mouth...and suck on it. let is dissolve slowly.
