Is it possible to convert an iPod to a Zune?

I like the layout of a Zune and was wondering if instead of spending another 250, just mod an iPod to a Zune.

You mean the software for it?

If you do, you can get different software for the iPod that let's you change themes (as well as a whole other bunch of cool things). You could put the software on your iPod and then try and find a Zune theme or make your own theme.
