Ha ha, i don't think he can. unless he buys one of those fake hands, and I feel retarded right now because I know there's a name for those. But anyway that would probably the only way he could possibly PICK his nose.

Well I can say one thing for him, at least he can pick his friends.
But here are a few answers.
He gets someone else to do it?
He uses his feet?
Or he gets artificial limbs and does it then himself.
Or he manipulates a Q-tip with his teeth and tongue and hope he doesnt swallow it or it gets stuck.
