Yeah so I have recently began a slight obsession with the Crow movies. Yeah...well anyway I remember in the first movie Brandon quoted from the poem "The Raven" by Edgar Allen Poe...noting the similarities between him (the crow) and the raven in the poem. And in The Crow: Wicked Prayer...the festival they held in the movie was called "Rave-N-Fest"...DUH! So I just wanna know...what is the difference between a crow and a raven anyway? HELP MEEEEEEEE!!! *runs to the bathroom and puts on his make up...cries, screams, and swears revenge on those who don't help him*

P.S. LOL!!!

A raven is a type of crow.

The true crows are large passerine birds that comprise the genus Corvus. Ranging in size from the relatively small pigeon-sized jackdaws (Eurasian and Daurian) to the Common Raven of the Holarctic region and Thick-billed Raven of the highlands of Ethiopia, the 40 or so members of this genus occur on all temperate continents (except South America) and several offshore and oceanic islands (including Hawai‘i).

Vikings used ravens to find land as they are quite intellegent.

No ravens are larger than a crow. I had a puppy crow turning out to be up. they are truly intelligent. i trust that ravens are not interior the SE of the U. S.. i'd nicely be incorrect although. they are The Morrighan's creatures. they are seen as messengers.

The raven is more bigger than a crow. In Metal Gear Solid there is a character called Vulcan Raven. He told Snake that the Raven on his forehead thirst for blood. Vulcan Raven also said that snakes belong on the ground and that snakes should crawl on the gound like the snake he is.

Same family of bird. Raven is about twice the size of a Crow. Rook is the smaller cousin.

A raven is bigger than a crow.
Did you ever watch Raven, the TV series. It had Lee Majors as the sidekick, and some other guy who did all the karate. Completely over the top, to the point of camp.

Raven look a lot like crows except for size. They're much bigger and have longer beaks. Personally I think Ravens are cool! We see them in our pasture every day.
