Do you have any really good pictures of you and your friend or that friend by him/herself? If so, put it in a cool frame. IF you're crafty make the frame from cardboard, if not, just get one from the dollar store. Make sure you wrap it in a box! I'm not sure why but things seem more special when you get to unwrap the gift.

I think a framed pic. of you and your friends would be nice. I am sure you don't have pics. of all of them, so how about baking them cookies? How about peanut clusters?? Super easy! Here is the recipe...(only 3 ingredients) You don't need the double boiler...just watch them closely so they don't burn.
INGREDIENTS
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
12 ounces raw Spanish peanuts
DIRECTIONS
Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in top of double boiler. Stir frequently over low to medium heat until melted; add peanuts and stir.
Drop by teaspoon full on wax paper. Allow to cool.
Wrap them up pretty on a plate and there you go!
They will be quite impressed if you bake for them!! (and it should only cost a few bucks if you shop at a discount grocery store, I would triple the recipe for 10 people)
One more thing...and super easy, and super fun. Buy a package of 10 Christmas bulbs, red, or whatever color you want, and buy a gold marker, and you can write their name on a bulb and the year, and your name on the back. Attach a ribbon to the top. Very pretty and super cheap. HAVE FUN!!!

For a buck each you can get them a scratch-off lottery ticket that you can stick inside a Christmas card (which you can make yourself). Could be worth big money, and at least they're fun to scratch off and see if you won.

Make them some cookies in a jar. They can take them home and bake them and think of you with each yummy bite they take.

Just gather up anything you don't use anymore, glue it together, come christmas day, tell everyone you were feeling artistic, that you wanted to give them something that came from you.

FIRST OF ALL YOU COULD GIVE THEM THE BEST GIFT OF ALL AND IT WOULDN'T COST YOU ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR YOUR TIME AND LOVE.GIVE THEM THE GIFT OF JESUS CHRIST TELL THEM ABOUT HIM COMING TO EARTH TO DIE ON THE CROSS FOR OUR SINS SO WE CAN HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.THEN IF YOU WANT MAKE THEM SOME KIND OF CANDY, CAKE OR COOKIES OR WRITE THEM A POEM TELLING THEM HOW MUCH THEY MEAN TO YOU.
