I don't believe for a minute that either man should have been President, but I seriously doubt that Kerry would have allowed the VP and DOD to disable the air defense of this Country. His appointments would not have included anyone involved in the administrations during the Viet Nam War, or the first Gulf War. The neocons that have wreaked so much havoc on this country, would not have been in the position to start their "New American Century" of warfare.
