Go to http://photobucket.com/ and make a free account. Upload the picture & be sure to click the share option and anyone can see it or you can email them the link.

If you have HTML based email (you're using Outlook or Thunderbird or similar), send it that way. Otherwise you need webspace. The other people gave you places to upload pictures to that are cheap/free.

if you have a myspace account post it on there... or xanga or MyYearbook or vampire freaks but if you dont want a profile type account try photobucket you can post pics and your friends call look at them and you can use HTML and add them to another site that you have
