B because i would definetly help the man but would be curious as to why he has a bag full of money. Maybe he was hurrying because he robbed a place. You could never know. But i would first call the police because you can't trust a man with a a bag of money to give it to the police himself. Merry Christmas!

B. Except, I would get him out of the car and then I would call the police to help with getting the car turned back over. I would then just mention the money to the police when they arrived and let them deal with it.

My answer would be C.
Although I know it may sound mercenary, I am totally flat @ss broke right now, so much so that I won`t be able to enjoy anything this Xmas, not being able to buy presents to anyone and all.
Can you imagine being knee high in such an awful & gut-wrenching predicament?!?
But before leaving the poor guy, I would use his cell phone (not mine! Are you nuts?!?) and call an ambulance, of course...
See, I ain`t that cold & heartless...

Few variables IF over a million and the guy looked dangerous would burn car him in run with bag.
If less than a million guy looked legit A
C:would not be able to sleep thinking he our his mob friends might come for me.
B:most likely would get killed if tried to insist that

C- Then I would go to the nearest police station and turn him in and the money, then they could go take care of him. He may be a murderer or a rapist, or something more so, like a drug dealer, let the cops handle it.
