Last week I did a reverse summer salt playing indoor soccer. I am healthy, 28 yr old male. no previous neck issues. about 4 days after the game, 2 small dime sized bumps appear on the left trap muscle. The barley protrude from the skin making it easy to spot. I can push on them and both are tender, but no major pain. Sleeping is no problem. I dont know what to do other than light neck stretches, and advil.

What do i do? Chiropracter, Doctor, Advil, Nothing? suggestions?

if you have barley protruding from your skin you should probably not drink so much and see a doctor. lol

First of all Tylenol is toxic to cats and so is most other human medication. The kitten needs medical attention so call a vet and go. There is always a 24/7 one available. Maybe the kitten will be lucky and it will turn out to be an inner ear infection causing the head to tilt and not a neck injury. Either way without treatment for the tylenol the kitten is in bad shape... Good Luck.

I had a neck injury when I was 12 years old.

I was sitting on the bleachers in Gym class on the last day of school, and a couple of boys were throwing that huge ball that they used to let us kick around up the bleachers.

It came bouncing down the bleachers and hit me square on the head, I felt my neck pop downward into my shoulders, and I had immediate pain.

X-rays revealed another 1/2 inch of the vertebrae to be moved, and I could've had spinal damage.

My mother opted for a chiropracter vs. a doctor, and in 2 weeks, my neck was completely better.

My physician said had he heard about it, he would've had me in a hospital for a week in traction...

I would at least get an Xray to make sure you're okay.

Its always worth checking with a doctor to see if there are any problems. I would go to a doc before I'd consider a chiropractor.
