SLEEP its almost three oclock in the morn where i live i cant get back to sleep i feel tired but my eyes are wide awake...maybe i am excited about Jesus birthday i have to work at eight anyone eles awake....

sip something warm,shut off any stimulants that may keep u awake...lol.. like your computer.dont drink anything like sodas,tea or coffee and if you smoke....dont smoke.lol those are things that will keep u awake.
and yes, its 6 am here i went to bed at 11pm and woke up at 3am and couldnt get back to sleep, so i know whatcha mean:)
