Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. A single, one world government would seem like the answer to so many problems, fighting, food distribution, etc.
But, actually in some small way each country is keeping a balance on the other countries so their evil doesn't spread quite so far so fast. Up until WWII or so i would have said America would have made a great world government. It stood for what was right, and set people free to do what is right. Now, I am so glad we didn't take over. We have given up the right to do right for the right to do wrong. Maybe all the countries are doing this, many that have fallen like America has continue the fall past reconciliation. I hope America wakes up to history before she becomes it. I love her and want her to have a blessed future.

When I think about it, it kind of weirds me out to think about the concept of having nations.
