The easy answer is: UNPLUG the Game System, lock it into a cabinet, and start talking to people once again! Yes, it is possible to regain the social skills that you once practiced quite easily.
However, there may be something else deeper that caused your retreat into video games -- and that emotional turmoil caused your withdrawal from social events ... so if that is the case -- do you have a guidance counselor that you can see or a therapist or someone that you can talk to?

Alright, in high school, you get to choose 2 out of the 3 things; sleep, social life, or academic life. I had chosen social life and academic life so gave up on sleeping lol. Academic Life: I was serious about my grades, getting A or A- or B+ in subjects. I don't study a lot but when I do study, I am like so focused on the lessons on the test. XD I am still surprised that I am getting good grades! Social Life: Pretty much what makes my day in high school. I am currently dating American girl and we have a party almost every Saturday with rest of our friends. I am almost the most popular boy in our grade and man, I just love this school.

You have through a repeated act developed a habit. What is a habit? A habit is an unconscious act. Something you do without being fully cognizant of what you are doing.
It takes 3 weeks on the average for a repeated act to become a habit. You cannot get rid of habits, you can only replace them with another habit.
You may have to force yourself to get up, and get going. But keep it up for at least 3 weeks and you will catch yourself doing more than you were and now you will have developed new and better habits.
Try it, you'll see.

Well, I think you should just get back in the swing of things by tlaking to your friends. Do you know people at work, talk to them and see what they do on the weekends. There may even be a teen chat in your area.
