First buy a domain name for yourself, then find a good host and get it hosted and design your web site and upload it under www or public_html folder.

first you have to have a program that lets you create a web site, the one i use is called macromedia dreamweaver, then you have to find a domain that will let you upload your website on to the internet, the one i use comes from the website www.zerocatch.com hope i helped, laterz

first you need a place to host a website

second you need a domain for your website (this is a public address) www.godaddy.com
and 3rd you need your website built either by yourself or someone else
a good idea and concept of what you want and what you want to do on a website is reccomended. Websites also are controled by control pannels the best and easyest on the market is cPanel (which i host)

that's a reliable thought to only get a decrease priced cyber web hosting kit. that's no longer various money or something. in case you join cable, you regularly get unfastened area there. you are able to upload your website to there for unfastened.

you must get a server to provide it...like a webhost. If you attend a university or school, most will let you put a website on their servers for free.

f2g.net is a free webhost, the best one so far, that I've seen.
But space is limited, and you have to check often if there is some room.
freewebs.com is one too, all you have to have is a link back to their page, and that's it.
I think they have their own ftp's, but if not, they should have intstructions.
