Saw this on "Queer Eye" once: take a little shaving cream and wipe it onto the mirror, then wipe it off again. It keeps the water droplets from forming on the glass. When the mirror starts to steam up again, repeat. I do this about once a week and it works great--and you don't need to buy any special products.

On a tissue/kitchen roll/sponge put a small amount of washing up liquid and wipe the mirror or windows of condensation and it will keep the mirror and windows free for a couple of days.

My aunt taught me this trick when she had loads of condensation in her caravan. It definitely works. The liquid makes it steam free somehow.
