Pimps provided emotionally needy women with low self esteem issues that need money to men who are mostly interested in sexual pleasure without emotional commitment.

Pimps are PREDATORS that look to find emotionally needy, not used to the ways of the world, low self-esteem females (most of them are runaways, addicts, those with other issues), and they start off by 'seeming' to be 'concerned' about the welfare of that 'poor, lost soul ...'
Once she is in his power -- well, the way for her to pay back his "kindness" is to sleep with him .. and then it goes further and further -- do this for me ... I'll protect you ... which morphs into "Earn your way now .."
They are so under the control of the pimp and his games that they go along .. and desperate for any attention ... they do what they do (which is a horrible fate for any female in society).

because of ignorance and women being limited on ways to make money when they are not eduated. A woman can't go out and make good money doing construction like a man that has dropped out of high school. Then end up at minimum wage at a convenience store.
