I have a PS3 and I am wanting to put various songs onto it, but the only way I know how to do it is by importing them from CD's. I have a program on my computer with several songs one it and etc. I need to know if there is another way, besides importing them from CD's, to get songs onto the hardrive.

Its person-friendly. basically pop in a CD and lower than the music icon. you need to work out the music. elect a music (press triangle on it) and decide "import". this would rip the music from the CD for your ps3 difficult force. good success!!

I have heard that they have to be a certain file type to be able to get it on the ps3, like .wav format i think, look to see if you have any of that kind on your pc and put them on something like a usb flashdrive or little memory card and load them that way, you can get a program that will convert things like .mp3 to .wav, you can try somewhere like http://www.download.com
