I would take out the head terrorists, child abusers, and rapists (only if I was sure about their true identities). I don't see how the police could possibly get involved unless I told someone, and even then no one would believe me. If god got involved.... well.... what the hell am I going to do, say no? You don't say no to god. God is like the Samuel L Jackson of the theological world.

I would start a service where I would kill people for money. When someone pays me, I just jot down their name.
How would the police know? And the idea of god getting involved is a joke. God has killed more people than anyone else.

I would use that book eventually, but for the moment I dont hate anyone enough to put their names in it. If the cops got involved, the book would get "misplaced." If God go involved, I would point out that he was the one who created it.

omg some1s been watching Death Note and if i could i wouldn't kill any1 b/c i would feel SO bad, but if i was forced to kill some1 i would kill some1 who torched somebody else for no reason
