if u want to have a very good body u have to do some exercises like body bulding and also follow a diet . but u dont need to eat alot u need to eat some foods that have a lot of energy .for example instead of eating cucumber that have a little energy , eat benana or eat foods that have more carbohydrate like spagety , rice and cireal and eat more fat.

Hi
I know what you going through there i went through the same thing. I got into body building mixed arts and yoga when i was almost your age. By the time I was 19 I owned a lot of peeps but never let on i did. Yoga is good for your flexability and your mind. it will take work no matter how you dice it. unless you just want a get fat. Stay away from smoking , drugs and getting drunk live a clean life and stay fit. If you can not do that then stay skinny and out of shape. Those things do not mix well drugs, liquor, smoking and working out.

I tried like crazy to put on weight at your age the only thing that helped was joining a gym and going regularly, I gained about 10 lbs in three months but I felt Great in 1 month. your only other hope is getting an office job and turning forty. :-<

you really should be weighlifting and eating high protein foods a short while afterwards.

simple reps every day on a regular basis should do it.
