That you can test positive, with first of the morning urine, and negative any other time of the day? And if so, is it more common in very early pregnancy's?

Maybe at the WAY beginning of the pregnancy, but once that Hcg kicks in, it wont matter what time of day you test. False negatives are WAY more common than false positives.

Well I took three tests. One at night which came out defective. One in the afternoon which came out negative and then one in the morning that finally came up positive. I have a low HCG level anyways, so trying to get a positive from the Dr. or a home pregnancy test was a hassle. The best time of the day is the morning, giving HCG a chance to build up, and not be diluted by beverages you drink during the day.

After 15 days, the test is already 95 % confirmatory. Unless you have ectopic pregnancy or pathologic conditions increasing your HCG (Human Chorionic Gonatropin) - the hormone usully tested for pregnancy test.

A pregnancy test is never a sure thing. It can be positive when you arent even pregnant or negative when you are.
Your best bet is a blood test.

I always thought you were to take it in the morning. What does it say on the box?
