I changed the orientation but it's still printing the wrong way. Instead of printing sideways it's printing the normal way just with the 11x8.5 setup so it's cutting half the words out.
Does that make any sense? I had no idea how to word this question- hehe

Thanks! You guys rock! I was forgetting to change to Landscape after I changed the 11x8.5.....this is what happens when you're working at 2am!

In "printing setup," you need to select either "portrait" or "landscape." If that didn't work, then I don't know beyond that.

You need to change the printer setup and not the page setup. You didn't mention what program you are using. But for example if it is word, you need to change the printer setup to be landscape.

There are landscape and portrait settings on your printer software. The printer usually recognizes the proper setting.
