square meters into meters is not possible because you are mixing different types of measurements. Square meters is the measure of an area: a 2-d measurement, while meters is the measure of a distance: a 1-d measurement.

A square having an area of 2760 Sq. meters has 4 sides with a length of 52.535 meters. I took the square root.

It could also be a rectangle of 30 times 92 meters...

The simple fact is that it can't be done. Square meters are two-dimensional and meters are not.

A bed which is 2 meters by 4 meters would be 8 square meters. However, some other object which is 1 meter by 8 meters would also be 8 square meters. You just can't convert it.
