No, violence, sex culture like greed, selfishness and many other human (developed through evolution)traits are the collective products of the world society.
You cannot just blame USA or the western world for this, unless of course you are looking at this from a radical, extremist point of view.
The whole world is to blame, which subsequently means, the human race is to blame, which means you and I too. The only thing you can do is to set your own ethics and morals, create a life style that you are happy with and always keep your personal goals in view. Be good to others, live your life and abide by your own principles. If everyone did this the world would most probably be a nicer and safer place to be. Of course this is a paradox..but just my thoughts!

No. There is violence and sex in every culture. You can't conquer other groups land to form a country as almost every country in the whole world has done at some time in their past. You also can't have babies without sex. If you mean a culture that glorifies both, the answer is still no. Samarian people in the middle east had sex rituals to appease their fertility gods as did many other tribes or people groups in many parts of the world. Also there are many "blood thirsty" tribes. There are tribes in the South Pacific that are, or at least were, cannibals for example. America gets singled out because that is where most of the movies are made that are seen around the world. Although there are a lot of movies made in India which also have sex and violence too.

It is amazing how people try to say that sex is a "horrible thing". Cultures around the world glorified sex as a natural and beautiful thing... Which is what it is. People should stop feeling so embarrassed over the human body and sex. As for violence, we are animals and all animals are naturally violent. No matter where you go, there will always be violence among humans (or animals for that matter).

If we can not accept us for who we are, how do we expect us to strive in this world?

The Karma Sutra was not written in either Europe or America, nor were any of the rest of the great "naughty" classics.

Violence has been with us since time began.

Sorry but once again we Westerners are not to blame for the sins of the whole World.

People the world over are basically the same, but different culturally.
I can see that a dynamic and ranging culture may also be more violent than a more static one, but all cultures seem to take violence on board very easily. Sad, isn't it.

Hun, man by his very nature is a hunter and killer. Violence and sex has always been around. Survival of the fittest and strongest. Reproduction to expand, take over territory and make war on other tribes to take what they have. Humanity at it's basest.
