How can i have diablos' enc-none on ff8?

I found diablos don't hav an enc-none ability but others said it's the only way to defeat omega weapon....

i have beaten diablos but he don't have enc-none he only have enc-half

when u acquire diablos he has enc-half master this tech and then enc-none will appear

you have to use a lamp to fight him, and the longer you wait the stronger he gets. in the first disc you get a lamp in your items.
