is that my video card?
It also says I have 1.00 GB of ram. But Im sure I knwo what that is.

The processor is running at 2 ghz. This is a very good processor, and fast enough to do most anything you want to do on your system. You have a gigabyte of ram, which is plenty to play games or do most any application on your system. This is a very capable system.

GHZ = Giga Hertz.
MHZ = Mega Hertz. These are frequency measurements in cycles per second.
giga = 1billion, Mega = 1 Million.
This refers to the speed of your Processor not your video card.
1 GigaByte of Random Access Memory is very good and helps the system to run much faster since it won't likely have to use the hard drive for swapping files in and out of memory.
I am not sure exactly how the AMD stacks up against the Pentium, however comparing this processor to a PIII, the PIII is outdated in comparison. You would have to compare to a P-4. From what I understand, the AMD usually runs at a higher clock speed but hotter and is thus a little faster.
You didn't give any information about your video card, so it is difficult to say if it would run the game well or not. It sounds to me like the hardware that you have mentioned so far is good enough, so it depends on the game, how graphics intensive it is and on your Video card, How fast it is and how much Built in RAM it has and What interface it uses.
For example, I have a NVidia FX5500. AGP 8X with I forget how much RAM. It is not the top end graphics card but it is good enough for most games.
For graphics intensive games, you will want a card with a lot of ram, a fast Graphics processor and a fast interface like AGP or PCI express. Make sure it isn't just a plain PCI as that will be much slower but also much less expensive.
Hope that answers your questions....

AMD Athlon is rated along side the Pentium 4 family. The GHz rating is Giga Hertz, which the clock frequency (1 billion Hertz) the Hertz is a measurement of electrical frequency or cycles per second. MHz is Mega Hertz which is 1 million Hertz, which is slower than 1 GHz. The AMD Athlon is a processor, not a video card. 1.00 GB of ram is the amount of memory on the mother board (1 billion bytes)

The hertz (symbol: Hz) is the SI [International System of Units ] unit of frequency. Its base unit is s-1 (also called inverse seconds, or 1/s). In English, hertz is used as both singular and plural.
One hertz simply means 'one cycle per second' : 100 Hz means "one hundred cycles per second", and so on. The unit may be applied to any periodic event – for example, a clock might be said to tick at 1 Hz, or a human heart might be said to beat at 1.2 Hz.
In computing, most CPUs are labeled in terms of their clock speed expressed in Megahertz (10 to the power of 6 hertz) or Gigahertz (10 to the power of 9 hertz).
The number of megahertz refers to the frequency of the CPU's master clock signal ("clock speed"). This signal is simply an electrical voltage which changes from low to high and back again at regular intervals.
And the AMD Atholon 64 processor 3200+ 2.00GHz is a CPU - a Central Processing Unit, which is not a Video Card !

The AMD Athlon 64 is a 64bit microprocessor, it is not your video card.
The 1GB of Ram is your system memory and not your video memory. Even if your system uses shared memory for the video card, the video card will not utilize the full 1GB, it will most probably use 128MB of the system RAM.
GHz if Giga-Hertz in short, it is 1000MHz (Mega-Hertz), meaning GHz is faster than MHz.

the Athlon 64 is a very good, fast chip - much better than a PIII
it is not your video card
RAM is how much memory you PC has - when possible, always upgrade to the maximum RAM allowed, as this will give you better preformance (I have 3 gigs) It can be had fairly cheap
1 gig should suit you fine for now, but if things get slow, time to upgrade
If you want to find out what your video card is, click on Start>Control Panel>System> [tab]Hardware>Device Manager>[+]Display Adapters (<--click on the plus sign here)

First GHZ means (Giga Hertz per second) it can process that much hertz per second your computer says that it have got 3200 or 2.00GHZ so it can process this much hertz per second.as much extra herz per second that mucgh speed your computer have. and (MHZ) means (Mega Hertz per second).
and GB means (Giga Bytes) it shows your RAMs (Random Acess Memory) its the space of memory that you RAM have.. \
