you can live the life by enjoying every minute of it by having positive attitude towards the world. as Keats said a thing of beauty is a joy for ever, you can enjoy beauty by listening to the songs of unknown birds, looking at the rising sun and looking at the dew drops on the peaces of grass in the early morning. face the life with moral courage. read the book by Erich Fromm , one of the great psychologists of this century----THE ART OF LOVING

Be brave. Face life like an adventure. Live one day at a time, learning and observing from those around you, get accustom to the routine and learn a bit more as you go on. As you become more competent, you will become more secure, and feel more at ease, comfortable and knowledgeable. This will apply to any changing scenes of life : People in a new job, settling in a new country, especially a country speaking a foreign language, in new strange surroundings, etc.

The best way to face life, I believe would be with gratitude that this has something good for me in it, though I may not be able see it now, and humility that only when I can surrender to what is, will I be able to see the wisdom behind this episode in my life, and its necessity. Nothing occurs before it is required in our life scripts.
No one misses their cues, in this drama of real life. Everything happens on time, just when it is needed by the soul to learn more about itself and the world around. It is the necessity of the soul to go through an experience.
And tougher the lesson, the more painful would be the episode which would trigger it, just to make sure that we don’t miss it this time at least.
Though we also have easier ways of learning from life. By learning to live a life of greater awareness and openness. So that the new, and especially the unknown can seep into our life more easily and openly.
When we pull back from the new and the unknown we have go through surprises that life uses to push us into the new and healing experiences.
The physical is really immaterial as it has all been created to assist the soul in its journey to it Self. The crucial thing is to stay centered into the spirit during those moments of distress, pain or confusion. By doing so we make sure we are able to see life through the eyes of our higher self, which allows us to get a higher perspective to life, and that freedom from tyranny of emotional and mental pain or discomfort at all times. Freedom as they say always lies within the human mind.
The present is always a 'present'. We open it only with our grace and gratitude. This is like a magic wand that can help us go through every experience with equanimity and with gratitude.

With a smile and always looking at the good when things seem terrible. This life is within you and you have a choice on how you will live it. Perhaps everything is predestined but the way we react in life is not (or so I think).. So why not face life finding the good when it may be a big ugly mess. Who knows what is good or bad in life?

Pretty open ended Question.I like to think when I'm down there are a thousand people out there right now that would gladly trade places with me my life for there's. Even when its bad. And it is right now. I won't go into why. There's also a thousand that wouldn't but they give me something to strive for.The best thing to do would be to figure out what you like most to do in life. Than try to figure out how to make living at it.I'm trying to find that in myself right now. Have been so burdened by just getting by I have lost myself. Also like to think whats the worst that could happen to me i'd die or be killed. So anything better than that whocares.

Live in the present. Treasure the things that really matter, like people you love. Seek authentic spiritual growth. Find sacredness in simple things and rituals. Seek the company of wise people and learn to avoid illusion and value truth. Be honest and kind and get outside of your own head by helping other people first.

By living in the present That is all we have anyway. Everything else is just an illusion or false prediction. There is a saying that goes Yesterday's history, tomorrow's a mystery. Today is the true gift and that's why they call it the present.

Whoa - that is a lot of question marks.
Breathe - it is okay.
The thing that helps me most when I am stressed or unhappy is to focus on something small that is truly pleasant. Something that makes me happy, no matter what. I like walking around my house with bare feet. I like warm, buttered toast. I like clean, cotton sheets. This may sound dumb, but it is stuff like this that reminds me that "life" is not out to get us.

That is a negataive way to view life.
We look at life as a gift and good or bad we make the decision to live life to it's best. Bottom line.....we can choose to live it well or not to

We live in deeds, not years;
In thoughts, not breaths.
We are symbols representing deeper meaning.
We are the breath of a narrative who are concerned with the world beyond.
We are a finite set of rules who are looking for the infinite.
