It would be best to call a doctor but in the mean time use a nasal aspirator on her to suck out the mucos while waiting for an appointment for a doctor visit

You should always call your doctor before adminstering meds. Especially to a child that age. Although it is most likely a cold and you could bring the fever down with about half a dropper of Tylenol, fever ALWAYS indicates infection so better call your doc to double check. Hope this helped and hope baby feels better. Remember that when dealing with a sick baby, always better to be the mommy who calls the doc too much, than not enough. That and you should never blindly give meds to any child strictly on advice from other moms.

I do not recommend giving her any medications due to her age and you may mask her symptoms. If she is eating, peeing and the fever is a low grade you can wait until tomorrow and see if her temp. goes down and then go to the doctors. There is something called RSV in babies it is a respiratory cold this can hit little ones really hard to I would definitely take her in, in the morning. Just to be safe.
I am a Ped RN and have taken care of little ones in the hospital and it is rare that we would give meds to break the fevers this is their body working to get rid of the bugs.

Wait and see if it clears up on it's own. Keep her cool (not too many clothes or blankets) If your worried she can't breath drip warm salt water up her nose. It will help clear out mucus and reduce swelling. Don't try to medicate her. Fevers are not always bad things it's ok for them to get a little warm to fight infection. You don't have to call the doctor for every little thing. But do if it gets worse, like a high fever. Good luck!

Infant Tylenol to keep the temperature down. Other than that, for the runny nose- you can use saline drops, and a suction bulb to get it all out. I wouldn't do anything else though... she needs to get it all out, and if you give her some type of cold medicine, it could do harm our doctors said.
