add some more details to your question... Not starting as in when you press the on button on the front of your tower.. no sound.. no lights.. etc? Sounds stupid.. but check to make sure you have the computer properly connected to an outlet or surge strip... then make sure the switch on the rear of the tower is set to on.. If all checks out and the computer is still silent and "dead" you may have to replace the power supply.. (where the on/off switch is located) simple to replace if that is the case... try a PC Club near you where you can get supplies www.pcclub.com.. Hope this helps!

Is the fan running but theres no video on the monitor?
Or is there just nothing happening when you press the buttons?
Check the power cord #1
You can open the computer and see if something loosened the power supply from the motherboard.
Worst case, just change the power supply.
If youre lucky that will cover it.
If its not at least you know its not a power issue.
Then you take it to the next level which would be a motherboard issue.
Good luck with it

PC never starts if you have your RAM problem, if you have two RAMs then check if the frequency of both the RAMs match each other. Then your PC will start.
