When I try to view certain things on my main page (sbc.yahoo) it says a pop-up has been blocked.?

However, when I check the settings, I either shut off the pop up blocker or temporarily allow pop ups. Even after I do this, it still won't let me look at certain pop ups. Any suggestions for what the problem is? Thanks.
