That's easy to unfreeze it! Just follow these steps :)
1.) Press the Menu button and the Select button( the center button) BOTH @ the same time.
2.) Hold them down for 6-10 seconds or until you c the Apple Logo
3.) Let go of Menu and Select
4.) Then it should be ok!
5.) Now you're finished! :)

Set it by a fireplace (if you happen to have one)
If not then you'll just have to leave it out on the counter to dry naturally (anything else such as microwave is an insane idea since the radiation would kill it right away)

So let it dry and DO NOT turn it on or use it for 2 days or so (so it gets a chance to dry maybe it survived?)

sorry but it might be broken, thats my hunch I have to wonder if your question is that the screen on your ipod was frozen in that case uhhhhhhhhh nevermind all this stuff.

Hold "Menu" and the middle circle button, or hold "menu" and "play/pause."

Try Pluging it in your comp. then eject it
