I think they are a lot bathroom in the vatican but what really bothers me is that most of them are not actually available to the public you need to go like really far or out the building if you are lucky to find one...pretty lame. If you are going pls dont drink a lot water.

I queued for hours at the Vatican to go to the bathroom and it was an outside public toilet whereby you had to pay to purchase a strip of toilet paper. The bigger the donation determined how long you stayed in the cubicle.
