I would suggest getting a Wii. It is so different and fun and I really do not think the games are childish at all. Maybe a little "Nintendo-y", but quite fun. Plus, they will be releasing more next year and I'm sure there will be games to suit all gamers. I got the Wii and I'm glad I did.

My opinion is buy the system with the games that you are interested in. I have the 360 and its great. I bought it because the PS3 is way too much and I can't utilize the bluray player. I have the PS2 already. the 360 has been out a year and has better online playing. The wii has a great interface but the games were not appealing to me. My suggestion get the 360 (gotta have the wireless controllers) and go to a friends house to check out the wii for free. The wii is marketed toward younger kids and families. the ps3 and 360 are aimed at preteens, teens and adults. Happy Gaming!

The Xbox 360 is your best investment right now. It has much much better graphics than the Wii, Xbox live is a plus and it has tons of games that you can play right away.

if you are a young child ages like 5-11, wii. its games are more child oriented. If you are older, 360.

Depends on if you like the idea of the CRAZY Wii controller... that's the big thing to consider.

Are good graphics important to you? If so, then definitely go with the 360.

Wii all the way! i love the wii!!!!! if you get wii makes sure you get zelda: twighlight princess!!!!!!! best game eever!!!! get wiii its reeally good not childish jsut fun
