Yes, but; the imagination draws from reality. Our imagination is limited by our senses. Our senses are limited to what is real. that is what that means.

Imagination is make believe, reality only comes when you create from your imagination the complete scenario physically. Then it becomes real. Real has always been based on what we can touch or see, smell, taste, or hear. But then again we have dreams and they may come true, and yet we believed they were real, and then they became real. Sometimes that is all it takes is to make your dreams come true, then that is reality, but only for you. Someone else may have a different analogy of the matter and to them that is not real, so it becomes a matter of interpretation. or opinion. In science we have to prove everything, and leaves nothing for the imagination unless it is numbers. Unless you study metaphysics? Then your imagination can create all sorts of beliefs and it becomes a real conquest, to prove up that your perception of reality is true. Lots of fun also, like Ghost hunting? or Aliens? And yet they may be right in their reality based on their feelings and experiences.

Are you asking to explain that? Well for starters life is real, reality is the usual state of mind people are in and live in, you see things around you, your job, your life, that's real, but by seeing what is real, it leaves alot for us to imagine, you can imagine the perfect job, perfect life, a perfect world, so much of the real world can be cold and ugly whereas you can imagine it beautiful, there are so many possibilites to imagine, think of the John Lennon song called Imagine.
Imagine all the people living for today......
Imagine no need for greed or hunger.....
so many possibilities.

Who says that there is reality? Who can prove that you are here? We see, hear, touch, taste, and smell reality, but we are not our bodies are bodies are simply transportation on planet earth. So we are given a perception of what is around us, but are we all seeing the same things in the same way. Are any of us really here at all. Maybe it is all imagined.

reality is based on perception. perception is based on observations and filling in void slots of information that are derived from imagination. therefore, the reality that one experiences is not reality as we think of it (something so profoundly evident that it is undebatable), but is really a collaberation of what is profoundly evident and what we consider to be profoundly evident based on our experience and how that has affected our imagination.

I agree - it only lacks background music. I think reality would be much more fun if we had theme songs playing.
