+ you might be able to, but where you need to go to "get away with it" might get you hurt. Don't even try.

Like someone said before the legal drinking age is 18 and if you look old you might be able to get away with it especially if you go during spring break time. But seriously, drinkings not that that big a deal when your in an island paradise but you'll do what you want. You probably wont get in trouble for it but you dont want to do anything stupid either or have your entire trip be a blur. Try having fun without the booze and if you get bored kick back with a Kalik(beer). And if you really want to drink you should go to Senor Frogs on Bay Street they give away shots all the time.

the legal drinking age in the Bahamas is 18. However the laws are pretty slack. The Bahamas has the most churches per capita in the world but I think probably the most bars/liquor stores per capita as well.

To tell you the complete truth, some of the bars there actually have a sign that says "you must be this tall to drink" and there is a little 4'10" guy.
In Sr. Frogs, there were 16 year olds I had met on the boat dancing on the bar.

Legal age to drink in Ja is 18. They'll probably give you a bligh if you're 16 at an all inclusive resort. But it doesn't look like you'll be drinking.

You shouldn't be anyway.

drink what? If you are talking about alcohol.... there are WAY more exciting things to do in the Bahamas than drinking alcohol!!
Try snorkeling or para sailing for a real high!!

Are you going with your parents? Your parents should not let you drink, cause you could be taken away from them and put into a foster home:-( that would be sad, hun.

Don't drink. Stay Safe. Merry Christmas
