It's a psc all-in-one 2100 or something connected by USB...

you need to go to ADD/REMOVE programs.
Then UNINSTALL the printers name.
RESTART youre computer.
REINSTALL the software.
RESTART the computer again.
hey presto!..... if this doesnt work...i dont know what will. ;-)

Hi Jacob.

A couple of things you can try/consider:

1. Either seek some new drivers for the printer directly from the printer manufacturer's website or

2. If you are connecting the printer to a usb hub, try plugging directly to a native port.

Just uninstall it properly and restart your computer and then re-install it with Full features. It seems your previous setup was not completely done. Now install it properly. Select this printer as Default and your problem is solved. Keep smiling.......

I am having HP 5610 series all one printer. .......great performance.

"Whenever you restart your computer, the Found New Hardware Wizard may detect your previously installed printer, even though it is not a newly installed printer. "

CAUSE
This problem may occur if one of the following conditions is true:• The printer driver does not use Plug and Play for its installation.
• The following registry key has become damaged:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\LPTENUM
