Depends on if they are cultured or man-made pearls. Department stores can be pretty pricey. But if you're close to a TJ MAXX that have excellent prices on pearl jewelry.

hmm well i think the best place to go is to a Kay Jewlers, or just go to a local girly, shop! all girls like any kinds of any jewlery that is cute and funky!
