I've got to do some sort of project on To Kill a Mockingbird in my Honors English class in a few weeks, and I was hoping for a couple ideas. It can be anything as long as it has to do with the book. I can have up to 10minutes in front of the class.

Okay, I have a lot of suggestions, because To Kill a Mockingbird is my favorite book -- I read it in fifth grade and I still love it.

The best thing I can think of is that you should try doing something with a partner. (Are you allowed to do that? If not, my idea won't work.) If you can work with a partner, maybe try doing a dialogue between two characters that don't have a lot of interaction. For example, what would happen if Scout got a chance to interview Tom Robinson? Or Mayella Ewell?

Hey, I have to do the same project too. Are you in 9th grade? Well, anyway, for my project (which I was assigned) I have to do a diary on how Juror Cunningham's changed throughout the book and act out the sermon at First Purchase Church. Some other projects in the class were
writing a song about Boo and performing it
making Scout's scrapbook
acting out other scenes
Good luck and contact me if you want more info!

Carve the same figurines from the book out of soap. Then just talk about how it is representative of acts of kindness and friendship between ostracized groups, a motif common in the book.

you could do a parady on it where the guy in the house comes out and everyone is friends and scout is a lil' bit crazy, don't get me wrong the book is good, but reliteraling the symbols in a parady would be so cool, i am just not good at coming up with the parady exactly.
