well it takes a lot of water to form a cloud and after the water is collected for the whole summer season , the clouds start appearing in the rainy season

This is such a cool question. When water evaporates, the water vapor (gas form) is clear. You can't see it. Clouds come when the vapor cools enough to form microscopic droplets. So, the evaporated pond water goes into the air, even though you don't see a cloud. Far away, the vapor will cool, and a cloud will form.

The water turns into gas and gets mixed into the air. When the temperature drops, The air cannot hold as much water as it has, and the water starts condensing back into a liquid around dust particles in the air... hence clouds. if the tempeture and air pressure are such that more water can be mixed in, no clouds
