I felt happy being with her and I don't want to lose any opportunity to stay her side.
we see each other everyday and we will do something or go somewhere together.
I thought that would be enough.
But sometimes she seems doesn't care.

This is definitly a sticky situation... You just have to honestly ask yourself if telling this person (with the possiblity of rejection) that you love them is worth jading that friendship. I'm sure at a point you will get tired of waiting, but don't worry because its never bad to let people know about your feelings.
