According to Wikipedia his final game was July 31, 2005 for the Minnesota Twins, BUT he had no at bats. His true final game was July 30th when he went 1-3 in a loss to Boston 6-2.

According to Baseball-reference.com Bret played his last game July 30th 2005 with Minnesota against Boston, he went 1-3. After the game he probably removed the last syringe from his butt (probably true but no proof) and started showing up drunk at Seattle country clubs and restaurants (actually happened).

It appears to be Jul. 30, 2005. That is the last date I saw that he had an at-bat at least. By the way Bret Boone was my favorite player when he played for the Mariners. Great glove at second base. Great offensive numbers with Seattle as well. I posted the source below. Go to the link and see for yourself if that helps.
